Q1.  How are your products designed?

We start with research: hours spent online looking for inspiration and observing the crowd, what people are wearing, what trends are catching up, and what trends NEED to catch up. We then ideate on our findings and strategise on what direction we want to take with the idea. Once we decide on a collection we create a selection of designs we want on our pieces, brainstorm on what looks best and BAM! You’ve got yourself your new favourite piece of clothing you want to wear all the time.

Q2. How are your products made?

Our products are premium quality, 100% Cotton. The fabric is light-weight and breathable, making the product feel as good as it looks. Every product is created on a made-to-order basis and we make each piece by hand with our in-house machinery. Hence every product you order is unique to you. Our pieces are made for all genders and can be dressed down or well styled, either way making your fit look FRESH. 

Q3. How can I care for my product?

Our products are designed to be worn day in & day out, but they do need to be dealt with care. You can hand wash to maintain the softness of the fabric and if needed, iron with your garment turned inside out so you don’t damage the smooth print on your garment and your garment is good as new. We believe in buying quality garment, buying less and taking care of our purchases so it lasts longer.

Q4. How can I pay for my order?

In hugs and sushi. Jk. You can use plastic – Credit or Debit – and pay through our payment gateway. Or you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (only available in India) option at an additional Rs.100. If, for some reason, your payment doesn't go through, please write to us and we'll help with alternative modes of payment.

Q5.  Can I exchange or return my order?

We’re bummed you don’t love what you bought, but we're happy to offer options to make sure you’re satisfied. If there is an issue with your order, you have 7 days to request for a replacement. To start the process, email us at estheatelier@gmail.com with your order number, and pictures of the issue. Cost of the courier (including the original packaging) sent to us will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the new piece to you will be borne by us. We offer refund in store credits or exchanges only for products with manufacturing defects only.

Q6. How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only within 24hours of ordering. We work hard to get your garments dispatched ASAP so would appreciate an early heads up. 

Q7. The product I want is sold out. What now?

Our pieces are made to order and in limited quantities. We sell out fast, so make sure you keep your eyes out on our collection or simply follow us on IG @estheatelier and stay updated on what’s in stock and what’s not.

Q8.  Do you offer gift cards?

We can’t think of a better gift! If you aren’t sure what exactly to get your loved one, we have gift cards available. 

Q9.  How long does delivery take?

We wish you could just download your favourite pieces from our website, but alas! That day is still a little far. For now, it takes us 7 (business) days to process the order, make it and then ship it out. The delivery time varies between 4-7 days depending on your location. Once we ship it out, you will receive an email with the order tracking details.

Q10. Do you cover for lost or stolen packages?

We do not cover for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. For a smooth delivery experience, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.
